Cardio & Dance at the Y incorporate footwork and body movements from a wide variety of dances including hip-hop, Latin and Zumba. Classes incorporate a wide variety of medium- and low-impact aerobic dance moves to a variety of high-energy beats.
Cardiac Rehabilitation at the Y is a safe, medically supervised exercise program specifically designed for people with a history of heart disease, hypertension or diabetes.
Group Cycling at the Y builds strength, improve cardiovascular endurance and decreases your stress. Our instructors will challenge you with multi-level and intense intervals on a specialized stationary bike.
Mind & Body
Mind & Body classes at the Y improve your strength, flexibility and posture while building your core strength and muscles around the joints. Not only will you feel better but your flexibility, mobility and balance will increase.

Strength & Conditioning
The Y offers strength & conditioning classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. We focus on strengthening and toning the muscles of the entire body. Weights, bands, and tubing are utilized for a balanced and diversified workout routine.
